Your first week is completely free. Here’s what you need to know to get started.
Classes involve a warm-up, followed by technique instruction where you'll partner up to drill the moves shown by the coach.
For your first few classes, a t-shirt and shorts or leggings are perfect. We train barefoot, but please bring flip-flops for off the mats and a water bottle.
Please arrive 5-10 minutes early, ensure your training clothes are clean, and keep your fingernails and toenails trimmed for safety.
