Do I need to be fit to start?

No. Classes are beginner-friendly and you can build fitness as you go. Many members started from scratch.

What should I bring?

Comfortable clothes (T-shirt and shorts/leggings), a bottle of water, and flip-flops for the mat area.

Can I just turn up?

Yes, but messaging us first helps us make sure a coach can greet you and get you set up.
